Milton continues to be the playground for drinking and driving.
53 year old David Eyler of Cumming would be ticketed for DUI and failure to maintain lane in the early morning of February 27.
Milton Police Officer Johnson was on duty in the Bethany Bend - Highway Nine area and noticed the suspect's vehicle swerving and crossing over the center line.
Many thanks to Officer Johnson for pulling this indivudual over and keeping the residents of Milton safe.

well good for the driver it was Officer Johnson. He had no idea how to investigate D.U.I's should be an easy not guilty trial..
