Update on Ordinances D'Aversa Violated Per Ethics Board.

All:

The ordinances that D'Aversa was found guilty of by the ethics board read as follows:

Article 3:8 - Never engage in other conduct which is unbecoming to a member or which constitutes a breach of public trust.

Article 4:8 - Unauthorized Use of Public Property - No City Official orEmployee shall request or permit the unauthorized use of City-owned facilities, vehicles and equipment, including but not limited to, computers, pagers, and cellular telephones for personal benefit, convenience or profit, except in accordance with policies promulgated by the City Council and except to the extent such are lawfully available to the public.

Many thanks to Ethics Board Member Karl Haase for bringing this information to our attention. It should also be noted that Jonathan Copsey of Appen Newspapers and Jason Wright of the City of Milton offered to point us in the right direction.

Leon Cole vs. O'Brien and Lusk, 2007. Did they get off Scott Free because they said they had no intentions of using city email (property)and city staff (costs), to create an invitation to their campaign fundraiser (aided their political campaign), which was sent out to what I read was 6000 citizens the day before the fundraiser?

Nice try.

City informed a couple of media outlets of a possible quorum as the law requires.
Julie wasn't invited, so her longtime gopher files a complaint that is so ridiculous that even a slanted Board dismisses it unanimously.
Six not 6,000.

Go back to posting the made up stuff about Thurman and Katie Reeves.

Is that you Combover?

Now you know there is not anything in Milton government or anything connected to such government that is not slanted.
