Come see what a fun atmosphere, the motivation from a trainer, camaraderie and energy of a group, and a variety in programming can do to kick start your fitness goals. We have designed our group training schedule to offer a balanced approach to fitness and weight loss.
Whether your goal is to lose body fat, sculpt your muscles, tone up your hips, thighs, and abs, improve your flexibility, small group training will get the job done for you!
Studio One to One invites you check out our Small Group Training Program offered at various days and times to accomodate all schedules.
Evening Class: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Evenings at 7pm.
Daytime Class: Monday - Thursday at 11 a.m. and Friday at noon
Daytime Class: Monday - Thursday at 11 a.m. and Friday at noon
Choose any 2 or 3 days weekly. Flexible scheduling... pay for only the sessions you use!
Class size will be no more than 4, filled on a first come, first served basis.
