All:
As we shared this past week, we reached out to the Milton Police Department requesting information on the recent breakins throughout the city.
Thanks to Police Chief Harrell and Katherine Fies of the Milton Police Department, we have received police reports involving these burglaries.
Out of respect for the victims, we will not post their names or numerical address. In addition, any information that could aid our Milton Police Officers regarding this or any other investigation will be removed. However, the rest will be complete and verbatim via the officer's report.
Additional reports will be posted one at a time every 24 hours.
Many thanks to the Milton Police Department for coming to those in need.

On February 16, 2011 at approximately 2000 I was asked to call the owner of the Shrimp Basket Restaurant about a burglary. Upon calling I made contact with the owner Ms. XXXXX who stated sometime on February 13 after 2200 hours and February 14 at 1000 hours someone entered the restaurant and took several items. Ms. XXXX was not available to meet but stated her employees called her and on February 14 and stated two touch screen registers, a 46" LCD tv, 32" LCD tv,and a small stereo system were taken from the restaurant. Ms. XXXX did not have the serial numbers for any of the items but stated she would... (end of sentence removed to protect investigation.) Ms. XXXX was unsure how the restaurant was entered and items taken. No further.

Umm, you posted the numerical address and name of restaurant....?
Get OVER IT!! Every community has crime!!!! Politicians only care about themselves, and this will never change!!!! GEEZ
Oh wait, this is Milton LAND OF MILLION DOLLAR RUAL HOMES!
So who do you care about, the rich people who got their homes robbed or the poor people trying to make a living?
You didn't start posting crimes until the rich were victims!!!!!!
Good point,10:04pm. We debated about that but came to the conclusion that the location of a public business being robbed should be known to citizens for safety purposes.
Homes are are a private affair.
I appreciate your bringing it up.

I started posting crimes when it was requested by readers. If you notice, each police report location varies as far as demographic.
Accessmilton.com believes that a crime against one is a crime against all regardless of supposed wealth or poverty.

We will post any police reports as we receive them. Keep in mind there is a delay as the paper work moves through the system.
Thanks for the question.

The second poster, are you for real? You are upset that Enloe is posting the police reports of over what appears to be 15 burglaries and break ins, because you think only the rich people are being robbed?
WOW! What a statement you make and reveal about yourself! You are obviously envious of anyone with better than whatever you are living in.
People are victims no matter what level of income they have. Sorry to say but all people who work, work hard for a living, not just the poor. Actually some really rich people actually work a lot harder than most people, aka the reason for their success. Oh but you are probably one of those who feel successful people have it handed to them or passed down from their relatives. So in your mind it's okay for rich people to be robbed, just not the poor or upper to middle class? People are people, human, and have feelings and experience loss, regardless of income level. Not sure if you have the capability of even comprehending that.
WOW!!! We got some crazies here in Milton. Sure that's not your crazy neighbor Enloe?
If Tim was trying to be fair and open, because not only the rich but also people like the bailey's, who are poor, have been robed to. Tim why don't you report what happens to the poor and little people also?
Read Tim's post of 4:16 PM. You must be a "poor little people". Leave why don't ya.!!!
