The City of Milton's first Earth Day festival, presented by the Milton Grows Green Committee, brought scores of families out to Birmingham Park April 17 looking for some fun on a bright, cool spring afternoon. The event featured wagon rides, environmental education for children, presentations from local businesses promoting sustainability and demonstrations of Earth-friendly planting and composting techniques.
