Earth Day festival brings families to Birmingham Park
The City of Milton's first Earth Day festival, presented by the Milton Grows Green Committee, brought scores of families out to Birmingham Park April 17 looking for some fun on a bright, cool spring afternoon.
The event featured wagon rides, environmental education for children, presentations from local businesses promoting sustainability and demonstrations of Earth-friendly planting and composting techniques.
