The Up With Kids Sports "Ballerz" fifth grade travel team, which is made up exclusively of Milton players, many of whom also play in the city's winter league run, recently won the Carson Tool Thanksgiving Tournament Championship.
The team beat opponents from across North Fulton's elementary schools to claim the title, with the championship against a Roswell team decided by just one point.
The Ballerz are head coach Samuel Hines, assistant coach LaTresa "Tree" Cunningham, assistant coach Ken Harris, Turner Rosenbaum, Bryce Boutelle, Kalik Brooks, Graham Pauley, David Kramer, Samuel Hines, Jr., Jack Filan, Jack Rhodes, Matthew Curtis, Kaleb Harris and Kamar Robertson.
