Thank goodness the sewer thing is done. Now Julie move on and try to get something accomplished!

She will never get it until her term ends next year, then it will be too late for her.

which were the 8 parcels that were passed?

Not sure about all eight parcels, but I heard one was a 150 acre tract in the area of Birmingham Falls School and the other one I know about is about 30 acres off Hopewell Road.

I got an email from a councilwoman that said it was allowing sewer everywhere and thathey were starting to install it next week? I have a one acre lot but she is telling me that I am going to have to more the house over to allow 2 additional homes? I just don't think this is fair!

Blink.

Alpharetta.

All:

From what I hear, the parcel that I reside in, 1059, is also on the list of 8. However, they say that only a portion of our parcel can have it which I find laughable. To confirm this as well as others, I am meeting with them on Friday at 1:30pm.

For those unaware, we are eager to have sewer for our nine acres on Bethany.

Thanks,

Thanks for the clarification Tim!

Can't wait to buy a slurpee on the corner of Bethany and Mayfield!

Travis:

We would not want sewer if two simple things would happen:

1. Slow people down on Bethany.
2. Shut the uneeded new High School up.

Simple things that no one does anythng about.

Speedbumps, spikestrips and tall fences my friend...simple as that!

I see they've painted new stripes on Bethany 400 so people know where the center line is so they can straddle it when they're going 55.

Happens over here too...Be on the lookout for jerk in a white mercedes convertible that likes to tailgate and switch into the lane that ends when Windward changes to Cogburn so he can get ahead of us slow folks...2 days in a row now, didn't like me too much when I took my turn at a breezy 15 mph clip.

And the noise from the waste of taxpayer money on Freemanville? What are your ideas on making Bethany as quiet as it was five years ago before their unfortuante arrival?

All those damn people in Mercedes think they own the road. I'd rather have no mercedes and more sewer.

More Sewer = More Mercedes

Tim the tall fence would prevent the sound...just get one like you see going up and down the highways, you know the 30 foot tall tan one that blocks traffic noise, I figure one of those in both front and back and you'll be doing good.

We can call it the Great Wall of Bethany, it will certainly rival, if not surpass, the Great Wall of Cogburn.

Tim,

Maybe you should offer up a suggestion to ban children from Milton, then the school would be silent and you could live happily ever after? Although have you ever wondered that you were a child at one time?

6:15pm -

Sorry for the delay; been camping in N. GA.

I am a firm believer in equal treatment under the law. From your sarcastic comments, one could easily assume you are not.

Also, I have said countless times I have no issue with the students or teachers.

There is a term known as "Quiet enjoyment." I suggest you educate yourself on it.

Let's do lunch!

All the best -

Travis, whats up with your father and the cobra, did he get something else? Did the police start to recognize him too much after a few beers?
