To the Honorable CHAIRMAN OF THE CITY OF MILTON, GEORGIA BOARD OF ETHICS, Greeting, In re Tina D’Aversa (Bd. of Ethics Mar. 16, 2010):
The petition in this matter has been presented, with a certificate of costs and a bond or affidavit of indigence, all in proper and sufficient form. The Superior Court of Fulton County has sanctioned the petition, and directed the undersigned clerk of the superior court to issue a writ of certiorari, directed to the above Court.
The clerk accordingly directs the City of Milton, Georgia Board of Ethics to certify and to send up to the Superior Court of Fulton County all the proceedings in the matter known as In re Tina D’Aversa, (Bd. of Ethics Mar. 16, 2010), within 30 days after service of this writ on that honorable tribunal.
