Public Safety Fund raises $1,250.
Thanks to the rumbling tummies of hundreds, the Milton Public Safety Fund (MPSF) was able to raise $1,250 for the city's police and fire departments during its third annual Public Safety Fair at Fry's Electronics.
That total, raised by selling more than 3,000 25-cent hotdogs cooked on site by Milton police officers and firefighters, is the most the non-profit group has ever raised during the yearly event.
MPSF wishes to sincerely thank Fry's Electronics, which provided everything from the setting to food, drinks, grills, tables, condiments and lots of hungry associates. That extreme generosity meant all funds from the three-day affair go directly to the city's fire and police departments.
The fourth annual event is already on the calendar for May 13 through 15 2011, so we'll see you there.

I'm not going to say anything here because I don't want an O.R. from the B.A.
