Golden Games Field Day May 5.

The 16th Annual North Fulton Golden Games kicked off today with opening ceremonies and track and field events at the Roswell Adult Recreation Center.

Mayor Joe Lockwood and City Manager Chris Lagerbloom were on hand to help open the games, as this will be Milton's first year participating. After opening ceremonies, Lockwood and Lagerbloom took on Roswell Mayor Jere Wood (pictured above with Mayor Lockwood) and Councilwoman Betty Price in a game of horseshoes. Team Milton handily defeated their Roswell foes 2-0.

Seniors will compete in events throughout the first three weeks of May, and the games will close with an Awards Luncheon on Thursday, May 21 at the Dorothy Benson Center in Sandy Springs. For more information, click here.

Maybe once Joe serves four terms as Mayor, he'll begin to resemble that jackass Jere Wood.

He just needs one of those silly little ties!

I think our Mayor is sexy and council woman Thurman beautiful. I wish we could elect them Homecomming king and queen at Milton High?

Maybe Council Woman Thurman's shrill voice would drown out all of the other noise that bellows out of that lack of planning called Milton High School.

Is her voice the reason she has been refered to as a "shrill moonbat" in the past?

Has Thurman paid her delinquent property taxes on all she owns locally and out of state?

No but Daddy takes care of all that stuff.
