Milton will launch a mini-grant program Thursday seeking volunteers to help with projects that support neighborhood improvements, promote neighborhood associations and fund projects that bring community members closer. The program is funded through the Georgia Council on Developmental Disabilities' Real Communities Initiative which provides Milton about $20,000 in federal funds. The city matches just less than $5,000.
The meeting is at 6:30 p.m. at Bethwell Community Center, 2695 Hopewell Road.
