Too bad it's not a Kill-Off campaign...

The article from the Milton Beacon (scroll down) is a "kill off" on Santi's campaign -just read it.
It truly showed Santi's intentions and who is supporting him.

"My support from the business community is very deep." -Santi

Zahner-Bailey has a huge edge in ground troops (volunteers) and Santi will have a tremendous advantage in funding. - The Beacon

(The "ground troops" are the citizens that live in Milton and are the people that should be represented first and foremost)

This is the classic confrontation of business vs. community activism as it pits the longstanding public advocate against the upstart businessman and entrepreneur.- The Beacon
(yes it is and Santi appears to have only the support of those who stand to gain monitarily by the development of Milton) Bad move Santi -- you should have sought the balance between the people and business.
Gordon Hunter is now supporting Santi and has taken a position in his campaign organization. - The Beacon
The mistake the Hunters have made is attacking the character of people they do not know. It discredits Santi's campaign.

The article was too revealing and has hurt Santi.

Mr. Santi does not represent the people who live here nor has he done anything for this community, if you have done anything then what have you done??? Enlighten us!
Your guest list and your contribution list speak the truth!
Your only campaign angle is to attack someone that has dedicated her time and has been a true steward for this area. Why don't you start listing all the great things you have done out here! We don't need another CPA on City Council, Thurman is enough! Can't wait for the other seats to come up for election so the residents and community can clean house and take over OUR City Council, instead of Jan Jones. Hey Jan, Neal, Bill, Karen, and Rick, "WE" the People of this community control this City, not YOU! We don't care how much money you raise at your fundraisers you will not succeed in buying your way into all the City Council seats! Watch and see! The community is on to all of you and fed up!

Michelle, very well stated.

Gordon Hunter, the opportunist, is a good fit in this group.

Okay, this guest list speaks volumes. We need Alpharetta City Council influencing Milton City Council like a hole in the head. Looks like to me Roger Santi wants to turn Milton into Alpharetta. Why did we become our own City? It appears clearly where Santi stands! Check the guest list after the fundraiser and see for yourself where Roger Santi is getting his money and being influenced from, it's not the average person in Milton. You are right, he does not represent Milton! How many more names can you drop to try and get some votes. Good tactics!

Ron Wallace is supporting Santi! What a crime! I just lost all respect for you Ron!

Maybe Mr. Santi can get the likes Brittany Spears to show up for entertainment at his fund raiser! She's right up your alley!

Who is going to the fundraiser? Is this an open invitation to the everyone?
M.V.

Or rather an open invitation to everyone in the community?

Deja Vu Citizens of Milton. This is like fighting Fulton County Zoning Board all over again. (Big Developers) Did we actually vote in the Gang Of Four? Who knew?

Wanna bet they'll all be at the Santi fundraiser!! Writing big checks. So Santi can vote for sewer. And then they all can make money. Then Santi will try to move up and run for another office but this time in Milton COUNTY . Visualize it because this is what will happen if he gets on the council. This is the plan of the POLITICIANS because they are funded by the developers and sewer companies and they love SEWER SANTI. I hope Doug Nurse and Jason Wright write about who showed up at the Santi Shindig in the Manor.

SEWER SANTI STINKS !!!

SEWER Santi. That's very funny. Can we flush him down the toilet with our sewage?

Just got another email from Friends of Roger Santi with the new and improved GUEST price of $100 instead of $250. Are the tickets on sale now? At the last "Fundraiser" Patti Peach handled for Bill Lusk and Neal O'Brien, I heard you could go without writing a check. Do you think its the same deal at the Santi Fundraiser?

What does the following mean and why does it need to be printed on the Santi Fundraiser Invitation?

"Congressman Linder is not asking for donations from corporations or for individual funds in excess of $2,100 per election from an individual's own funds or in excess of $5,000 per election from a
multi-candidate political committee or a political party committee."

Does anybody know? Makes me wonder about why so many POLITICIANS support Santi. Very suspicious.

I want to know why so many developers are supporting O'Brien and Santi?

Anonymous said...

Because they are the sewer rats.
They rat around and try to sneak in a little sewer here .. eh a little sewer there and nobody will notice us ... just like little rats.
Not sure who called Thurman the vermin but they couldn't have called it better!
