And Now, A Few Words From President Roosevelt

Special Thanks to Melissa for sharing this with our readers.

Theodore Roosevelt's ideas on Immigrants and being an AMERICAN in 1907.
"In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an e xact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or ori gin. But this is predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American...There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag... We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language... and we h ave room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people."
Every American citizen needs to read this!

Men like him just don't exist in today's world. It's a shame! Everyone is afraid to say anything with fear of being sued or offending some interest group or lobbyists. Let's not offend our illegal immigrants for Heavens sake!

Hey, become an American, pay taxes, and pay for health insurance like the rest of the American people and learn our language. Why should we have to learn your language to communicate with you or read road signs in our own Country? Try that in France, Russia, South America, Germany, etc. This is the only country on earth that allows illegal immigrants to get away with this BS! Why do you think they do it, because they can!
