Dear Friends and Neighbors, In talking with voters, I have discovered that someone is misrepresenting my position on sewers and development. Let me be very clear. I totally oppose the installation of sewers in the City of Milton. I do not support anything - including sewers - that would increase density or any development that alters the rural nature of Milton. I support full community involvement in the development of a new Comprehensive Land Use Plan and once adopted, I will not deviate from it when voting on zoning issues.
If anyone tells you differently, they are either grossly misinformed or they are deliberately trying to deceive you. If you have any questions about my position on the issues, please call me at (678) 478-6285. I will truthfully explain my position on any issue on which you may have concerns.

Of course he is "saying" that now, but they all are.
Neal O'Brien even said that when he was running last year. But keep in mind that that was when he was a "nobody" (his term) before he became a "somebody" (his term) after he was elected to city council and all of a sudden he felt important when his "new best friends" started donating money to him and stroking him. Thants when he forgot about the "zoning moratorium" that he promised.

Just go to City Hall after Sept. 30th and get a copy of his campaign contributors and see for yourself.
If Roger Santi doesn't support sewer, then why did a sewer installation company donate money to his campaign?
Why would he even accept their donation?
Usually when a company makes a donation they are looking for a return on their money. When the candidate(s) accepts that money it is the same as an "IOU" to that company.
The candidate(s) gets elected (which we hope dosen't happen in this case) the company calls the "IOU". If this contributor is in sewer construction,....guess what he wants!
If the candidate(s) has political ambitions, he has to honor this "IOU" if they expect to receive future contributions from this company. Guess what happens when the company is holding "IOU"s from three or four council members!
Be leary of candidates who talk out of both sides of their mouth because at the same time they are more than likely putting their hand in your pocket.

I do not believe a word that Roger Santi says. I have heard from the Horse community he has been bashing Julie Bailey at riding events. Most recently at Chateau Elan. He has also been walking around with Gordon Hunter every afternoon at sports practices and events all around Milton while bashing Julie Bailey to all the parents while their kids play ball. Remember that they BOTH lost to Julie Bailey last election.
So, I ask you...

It certainly was cute to have to listen to the invocation and barely be able to hear it over a plane with Santi's banner trailing behind it...
How much did that cost? Certainly didn't look fiscally responsible to me!
Don't worry about the cost, he didn't have to pay for it. His supporters from the business and development community paid for it, and he has stated that they will pull out all stops to spend money to get him elected.
Isn't it nice that they care so much about our community and us as citizens to get Roger elected. It is refreshing that these people "care" so much about us!
Please tell me that Milton folks got that Santi realllllly wants to be elected so much so that he actually hired a plane to fly around in circles over our City's first birthday festival for not one, not two --- but THREE HOURS!!!

How long does it take for a plane like that to burn out a tank of fuel?
How much money did it cost to hire the thing with the fancy banner trailing behind it?
How much did Roger Santi POLUTE our children and environment with that ridiculous noise and with his garbage?
To think that this man could represent the people and their ideas or dreams for Milton???
What a horrible thought after witnessing yet another icky part of his personality yesterday.
The reality of Roger Santi representing Milton is reason to immediately move out of Milton.
What an awful image he would project as a Council person and a representative for our sweet town.
It sends such a tacky message about Milton to others watching so closely out there. Don't you think?

Julie dosen't have to "hire airplanes" as she is running on what she has done, and will do in the future. She dosent have to try to trash her oponent, which is the only thing Roger has going for him so far?
I'm sorry, I thought Julie hired an airplane during the last election to fly around a ball game.

My experiences with Ms, Zahner Bailey is she is a dedicated, intelligent, energetic, civic minded person who would do ANYTHING for her cause[s] de jour. [no matter how deceitful]She however is NOT opened minded to discussion or change and has a very slanted view of the real world which she NEVER questions. That is not what I am looking for in an elected official. However, she would make a great socialistic dictator and could easily run a bananna rebublic.
