Look for the presentation of the "Alec Baldwin Award"
(Remember, he promised he would leave the US if G W Bush were elected, but didn't).

Seems a certain prominent local demanded a sewer letter last year to increase the value of their home, promising to sell at the beginning of 2010.

No for sale signs yet, as promised, at the end of a certain "neighborhood tractal zonal node community".
