Milton – Some people just know how to have a good time. The Felners are such people.
Every year for the past eight years, the family has held a large party in celebration of Halloween, bedecking their Freemanville home with spider webs, skeletons, goblins, tombstones and all manner of spooky decoration, organized by the Felners and decorator Roni Harrison Payne.
"I've always liked Halloween," said Kay Felner. "Every year, we have a big costume party and everyone enjoys it."
And a party it is – the couple spend six weeks preparing for the event.
"It's a big production, but it's fun, and we enjoy doing it," Felner said.
