How to Jump Rope... the Right Way!

Jumping rope might just be one of the best forms of cardio out there, if done the right way. Jump ropes are inexpensive, you can do it just about anywhere, it burns a significant amount of calories in a short period of time, and you'll notice improvements in your fitness ability quickly. Tony Hood, NASM-Certified Personal Trainer of Studio One to One, shares some great tips on jumping rope.
