The Milton Disability Awareness Committee (MDAC) will host the first in a series of "Conversations that Matter" Oct. 7 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Milton City Hall, 13000 Deerfield Parkway, Milton, GA 30004 Suite E.
This session will cover a number of topics, including waiting lists, the state budget and transportation.
The meeting will also provide an opportunity to network with others in the community looking to make an impact and expose effective pathways for real change.
Refreshments will be provided by Element Coffee Co. of Crabapple.
