***Accident On Bethany Road***

All:

An accident transpired Monday morning at approximately 1:20am on Bethany Road between the Mayfield and Providence interesections. As you can see in the picture above, a large truck lost control and hit a tree head on.

Both Milton and Alpharetta officers as well as Fire and Rescue were on scene in less than five minutes.

It is unknown if the lone male passenger survived the impact or not.

Please keep this family in your thoughts and prayers at this time.

Thank you.

It was Kris Nash who lived on Bethany Road, and he did not survive.

Perhaps now the city should consider lowering the speed limit on Bethany, and other roads!

Lay off the foul language.
You may comment and express your opinion but do so without the slop.

I am going to leave your disrespectful comment in here as the term "bitch" is considered a female dog.
However, it should be noted that I am the one who found Kris while my husband called 911.

If you want to consider that being a disrespectful bitch, then so be it.

The police said speed had nothing to do with what happened. He was not wearing his seat belt. He was drunk and it happens. If you can not stay on the road then you dont need to drive. I am a close friend of Mr. Nash and I loved hime dearly, but it was not speed. I pulled up on the accident very shortly after and didnt recognize the truck.

It is definitely a tragedy when there is a death in our community and yet...there are those individuals who must "bicker" on a blog. This man was survived by his two children...they are the ones who should be the center of our thoughts and prayers. Not whether someone can "spell" or not. God bless them as they go through their lives without their father. May he rest in peace.

In addition...I can only imagine what Mrs. Enloe experienced by being a part of this traumatic event...our support should also be with her and her husband. What a terrible thing to have to go through.

Starting a blog for a situation like this is not thoughtful of the family. Blogs can promote sometimes very disrespectful comments, not considering the feelings of family/friends who have just lost a loved one. Also, giving out more information and details of a bad situation for everyone to read is not good. My heart goes out to his wife and children and rest of the family.
