Lew Oliver, Inc. Whole Town Solutions will hold a special meeting at 5 p.m. Monday at Milton City Hall to explore long-term planning needs of the Crabapple Crossroads community and Milton's future City Center.
The meeting will feature a short presentation and discussion on a number of topics, including zoning tools, like the transfer of development rights. The goal of this process is to update the existing Crabapple Crossroads Master Plan to reflect current economic, transportation and growth realities of the area.
