RZ11-13/VC11-02 - 14355 Providence Road and Haystack Lane by Segars & Snidow, LLC to rezone from C-1 (Community Business) and AG-1 (Agricultural) to O-I (Office-Institutional) and AG-1 (Agricultural) to expand an existing building and two existing buildings for a total of 5,740 square feet with the following four part concurrent variance:
1) Sect. 64-730(c)(1) To reduce the 40 foot side yard setback to 10 feet along the east property line;
