Faces and voices of the city.

By Accessmilton.com

Have you ever visited or called Milton City Hall and wanted to learn more about the friendly staff? This month we'll meet two employees, Angie Kapijimpanga and Katherine Fies.

AngieA number of Milton residents might recognize the voice of Angie Kapijimpanga.

Milton's first receptionist, Kapijimpanga has been a part of the city since day one. She started as a CH2M HILL OMI employee on Feb. 5, 2007, later transitioning to city employment as Citizen Responder for the Public Works Department.

Kapijimpanga's job involves talking with residents about issues with rights of way, pothole repairs and storm water issues. She makes sure your issue is dealt with in a timely manner and stays as a point of contact throughout.

KatherineIf you enter City Hall through Suite 107 F entrance, one of the first people you may meet is Records Clerk Katherine Fies. She is most residents' first point of contact for the Police and Fire departments.

Fies joined the city in April of 2008 as a receptionist and later transitioned into the Records Department in October of 2008. She happily assists visitors with any inquiries relating to the Police and Fire departments and provides copies of police and fire records, such as accident or incident reports, upon request.
