The City of Milton Crabapple Master Plan visioning study created by Lew Oliver, Inc. Whole Town Solutions is now available for download.
Please click here to download the book. Please be patient, as it is a 72 MB file and may take time to load depending on your Internet connection. Click here to stream a video of the special called City Council work session during which Oliver revealed the plan.
This book contains renderings, maps, figures and more that illustrate and explain the proposed Crabapple Crossroads Master Plan. It is the culmination of collaborative efforts between Milton city staff, literally hundreds of residents and Lew Oliver, Inc. Whole Town Solutions.
The goal of this process has been updating and retooling the existing Crabapple Crossroads Master Plan to more accurately reflect the economic, transportation and growth realities of the area.
However, please be advised that this is simply a visioning document at this time and does not necessarily represent future policy decisions. It will come before council for adoption in the future, at which time some or all of this work – which realistically could take decades to implement – may be adopted into Milton’s Code of Ordinances.
For more information on this document or the Crabapple Crossroads Master Plan, please contact city planner Michele McIntosh-Ross at 678-242-2538 or e-mail michele.mcintosh@cityofmiltonga.us.

Can they draw 500-600 little cars on the map coming from Roswell to MHS?
When CoM gets through with this, you'll be begging for the return of FC.
