Safe Routes To School
The City of Milton has partnered with three Fulton County schools within City limits to apply for the Safe Routes to School grant through the Georgia Department of Transportation. Milton will be applying on behalf of the three schools. The grant funds, if awarded, will be used to construct sidewalk connections and new trails and to improve crosswalks and signage in school zones. The City's SRTS team has drafted a Milton SRTS plan and has begun to develop common goals.

Which three FCS are we talking about?
Sidewalk connections, new trails, improve crosswalks and signage in school zones.
Who walks or rides their bikes to school? Students who don't drive their own autos, ride in the soccer van or SUV, driven by mommy. New trails for what....those who ride their horses to school. If your riding, you don't have to have crosswalks, now do you? Signage, we have flashing lights and speed limit signs.
Better idea create a team called SATNASM...Stop All This Nonsense and Save Money.
Julie tried to fight this. Wanted to direct it to Birminghan area.
