Re: Notice of Public Hearing for Rescission of Previous Council Approval of Zoning Application RZ08-10 and for Possible Additional Zoning Action Notice is hereby given that the Milton City Council will hold a public hearing in order to consider rescinding its approval of Zoning Application RZ08-10 at the Council’s regular meeting on Monday, February 2, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. in the Milton City Hall main assembly room. Zoning Application RZ08-10 pertains to a parcel of property located at 622 N. Main Street in Milton, Georgia. Zoning Application RZ08-10 requested that the property be rezoned from C-2 to C-1. The purpose of the public hearing shall be for public review and comment concerning rescission of the Council’s December 15 approval of the rezoning request and possible additional zoning action with respect to Zoning Application RZ08-10.
