The North Fulton Community Improvement District (CID), commercial properties stretching along Georgia 400 from Mansell Road north to McFarland Road, will hold its Blueprint 2.0 public open house Monday, Dec. 5 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at 11605 Haynes Bridge Road (click here for directions) in Alpharetta.
In March the CID began work on its new master plan for the commercial district, which stretches along Georgia 400 through Roswell, Alpharetta and Milton. Entitled “Blueprint North Fulton 2.0,” the master plan will outline priorities for the next decade of CID investments in North Fulton.
Since its inception, the North Fulton CID has invested $15 million of commercial property owner funds to advance more than $78 million worth of transportation and infrastructure improvements.
Blueprint 2.0 will outline a new list of CID priorities and projects, guiding the CID’s investments over the next five to 10 years.
