YOU CAN DO IT FAST BUT THEN THEY GET FIRED OR "ASKED TO RESIGN" IN A YEAR SO.... 3) TURNOVER RATE? ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS ASK ONE OFFICER. THE CITY HAS BEEN AROUND 5 YEARS AND MOST THE OFFICERS LESS THAN 2. LITTLE GROWTH. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT HAS GROWN AT NEARLY 3 TIMES THE POLICE. BOTTOM LINE IS THIS....THE DEPARTMENT NEEDS A HOUSE CLEANING.
Maybe the blog master should require an aptitude test prior to anyone posting their comments. It might help the police chief weed out any unqualified future applicants.
