Milton’s City Council honored Andrew Jeschke, an Alpharetta High School student, at its Dec. 20 meeting for his winning video entry into the Road to Safety Program recently launched by two residents.
The Road to Safety program, started by Protect Milton, Inc.’s Lisa Cauley and Access Milton’s Tim Enloe, seeks to educate, inform, and increase the awareness of the distractions and dangers teenagers face as new and inexperienced drivers -- with an ultimate goal of saving lives.
Jeschke submitted a two-minute video, which took the top spot and won him a full day of defensive driving at the Richard Petty Defensive Driving School at Atlanta Motor Speedway.
Next year’s contest will include all high schools north of the Chattahoochee River, said Cauley.

strange that the city of milton doesnt have this photo on their website? same story. missing people.
Also strange that there is no picture of Lisa Cauley and Tim Enloe with the creator of the winning film, Andrew Jeschke. Tim and Lisa are responsible for this program. What is the matter with the City of Milton?
You must be blind above poster? Enloe and Cauley are both in the picture. It's accessmilton's picture, so why blame the City?
i did some checking and com doesnt have the same pic they cropped out enlow and cauly
At the end of the day, does it matter? It's about the program and kids.
Lots of Santa bellies in that photo. Maybe council should sign up for the exercise program the city is offering.
It's about enlow and cawley first. Always has been, always will be.jus get used to it. Stop complaining.
Point of issue re picture. Why is council pictured? They had nothing to do with this program. Two pics would have been appropriate - Andrew with his parents and second, Andrew with Tim and Lisa.
The city of Milton proclaimed dec 29 as road to safety day, which is probably why council is pictured.... Not sure why the city chose the picture without the two people who created the program, however who ever did it probably just harmlessly did it without thinking, lack of experience maybe?
Which councilmember proclaimed Dec 29 as Road to Safety Day?
Which councilmember proclaimed Dec 29 as Road to Safety Day?
Jason Wright is responsible for posts on com website. Obviously he decided to omit picture of Tim and Lisa. He needs to report and submit accurately or city should find another to take this position.
It does matter to acknowledge a program such as this with due credit. Jason is front and center for his poster on com website.
Great info but does not answer the previous person's question of "Which councilmember proclaimed Dec 29 as Road to Safety Day?"
The Mayor always makes the Proclamation in a City. Gee didn't see this much activity and comments of concern regarding a proclamation when Hunt Tosh received one? He posed with the entire council, yet you yahoo's didn't pipe up about that, how come?
3:53 you just ain't getting it are you?

I think Karen Thurman sponsored the proclamation since Tim and Lisa like her so much.
Most people who know Karen, know it is Karen Thurman who doesn't like you Tim or Lisa. You are one of them madam/sir blogger. Karen has loosely let that fly to so many in her inner circle, even at the OBD, it's common knowledge, and the blogger confirms it in their comments, it's obvious.
The big question is how come?
Are ya just gettin' it now?
Actually I think Karen secretly has a crush on Tim and is jealous of Lisa because Lisa's house is bigger.
