While not taking place within Milton, we believe the following still relates due to the uncontrolled speeding still taking place within our open road neighborhoods.

GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. -- Two people were killed in head-on collision that caused traffic gridlock southwest of Lawrenceville on Monday morning.
Police had shut down Highway 29 at Patterson Road while they worked to cut through two vehicles and free the drivers.
Accident investigators told Channel 2’s Kerry Kavanaugh that they did not believe weather or slick roads played a role in the crash, but they did believe one of the drivers was speeding.
Fire department spokesman Lt. Eric Eberly said emergency personnel responding to the accident quickly determined that the drivers of both cars in the head-on crash were dead at the scene.
Eberly said it appears an eastbound vehicle crossed the center line and hit the other vehicle, which was traveling west.
Capt. Herb Emory said commuters could face delays for some time. “I expect they’ll be out here until they get some sunlight,” said Emory.
Channel 2’s Mark Arum said Highway 29 was backed up west of Sugarloaf Parkway. Arum suggested drivers take Old Norcross Road if they lived north of the crash scene.
Drivers who live south of the scene should take Five Forks Trickum Road, according to Arum.
