UNFINISHED BUSINESS

NEW BUSINESS

1. Approval of a Resolution Establishing the Five Ethics Principles for the Conduct of City Officials of the City of Milton, Georgia. (Agenda Item No. 11-008) (Chris Lagerbloom, City Manager)
Approved 7-0

2. Approval of a Resolution Amending Resolution No. 10-12-165 Appointing A Member To The Historic Preservation Commission For The City Of Milton By Appointing A Member For District
4. (Agenda Item No. 11-009) (Councilmember Burt Hewitt) Motion to appoint Ken Sisson approved 7-0.

In addition,

Wildcat Striping and Sealing Co. will be compensated $1,996 for guardrail work on the Cogburn Road Bridge due to an accident that damaged the existing guardrail.

Cook Construction Services will be paid $1,980 as part of the construction of a new pole barn facility. The project will be located near the rear property line of Fire Station No. 43.

Council agreed to hire Mauldin & Jenkins Accounting firm to audit its finances for the fiscal year. This audit is was needed due to Milton receiving more than $500,000 from the feds this year.
