By Tim Enloe; Accessmilton.com Jose Adalid Sanchez Bustos of Roswell was arrested by Milton Police for the attempted rape of a female under the age of 16 on January 18th.
Charges include rape and simple / sexual battery. It is unknown if the accused man is a legal resident or not.
