"As a follow up to our September 25th meeting, we have attempted to get all the e-mail addresses off the sign in list and create a community communication grouping. Some attendees did not list an e-mail address and I’m not entirely sure we have all these addresses correct, so I’m sending this initial correspondence out to try and correct the list. If you see an address we are missing or can correct one of these addresses, please let me know.
Our architect for this project, along with district staff, did hear the input from this community meeting and are working on answers and options. In addition, our staff has met with City of Milton personnel to get their requirements and input for this school site.
As we get some of the answers for the Birmingham Highway Elementary site design, I'll forward them to this communication grouping either in whole or in part depending on the particular answer and if it only relates to specific area. In the meantime, let me know if you have any questions or need additional information.
