The Milton Disability Awareness Committee (MDAC) will present home care specialists from SOURCE Partners Atlanta, Community Care Services Program (CCSP) and My Accessable Home at its Community Link Nov. 16 at 7 p.m.
This open forum will take place in City Council Chambers at Milton's City Hall, 13000 Deerfield Parkway, Suite 107E. Everyone is invited, and there is no RSVP required.
"This is a great opportunity to be exposed to several vital aspects of in-home care at one time in one setting," said Renee Catanzaro, MDAC member. "We have speakers from two partnered local agencies that coordinate and provide care -- SOURCE Partners and CCSP -- and a representative from a home modification company specializing in providing safe and more functional environments for individuals who have had a change in physical functioning.
"For anyone with a parent, spouse, child or other family member who needs or will need in-home care, this is a meeting you do not want to miss."
