Do they just want to spend more money Milton doesn't have? anyone?? Is this supposed to cut down or eliminate frivilous ethics charges or complaints filed by disgruntled X-Council person's at the eleventh hour before an election! Milton is a mess, and this action confirms it! Like to hear the excuses for this one!
Does this make Captain Johnson irrelevant?
No, the "Capn" can still hang out with Mr. Mom during the day and go to the mexican bar at night with him, as long as his neighbor Jim Lominick dosent threaten him while he is lurking?
