Oh, Please!!! Enough of this "Milton Equestrian Heritage" malarkey. How can a three year old city claim such a heritage. Only in Milton can a fenced acre of pine staw with a pony be called a horse farm!
The horses are real. The farms are real. What is your problem with recognizing this part of Milton's diverse culture?
Oh, Please 8.28 blogger!!! Enough of this relentless criticism and meanness. Is the formation of an Equestrian/Heritage Group such a threat to you? Is it going to endanger the lives of your children or send them on a path to self destruction.
Heritage, specifically natural heritage refers to landscape, fauna, flora, natural resources etc. There are numerous Equestrian/Farming properties in Milton that have been rural for years and years and possibly owned by one family for the same amount of time. Many of the current owner's may wish to pass them on to their children or grandchildren in order to preserve their rural nature.
The fact that the City of Milton is only a few years old does not mean that such properties lost their rural or equestrian heritage and had to start from scratch again.
Give it a break!

Long before you moved here, the Milton area and surrounds was known as the finest area for horses and farms in the Atlanta area. That is the reason that it looks the way it does and the reason that most of us live here.
You will be much happier if you move to Johns Creek or Sandy Springs.
Also you might get a chance to meet Laura. Just try not to notice the empty look you will get if you stare into her eyes.

Why don't you give us your name and the names of all these people that have had a conversation with Laura who confirm she has a 'loose screw in her brain'?
It would be useful to use your name as a reference when, those of us unfamiliar with Laura, try to confirm your sweeping statement.
But you wouldn't do that would you - possibly because it could expose you to ridicule and perhaps show you up to be a vicious, critical and spineless coward?
First impression - I'd give preference to someone with a 'loose screw' over you any day!
