    How many charter schools perform as well as any public school in Milton? I don't think you could name one in the state of GA.

    For the previous post, I meant to add charter schools that are not selective enrollment (e.g., test scores or can dismiss students that are not meeting expectations) will not perform as well as any public school in Milton.
