There are Lots more than 1% of US wackos that don't want apartment buildings, condos and town homes that touch each other. Nor do we want to live behind KFC and Taco Bell. Do you think the traffic might also be bigger problem? If you want to live jammed together like rats on a ship , there are plenty of places already built. Think that is the key --- BUILD--- Sounds like a cash register to me, their main interest.
Can you name one example of any new development that has occured since Milton became a city that dosent fit with existing zoning and the comprehensive land plan?
Sewer extensions, and the attempt to get variances- as the city attorney pointed out, a foot in the door opens the floodgates of lawsuits from developers- oh, I forgot, the developers are already on the city council
Can you name a "sewer extention"? I am not talking about Crooked Creek who has had sewer for 10 years, or HWY that has been zoned commercial for years, or not Crabapple that had sewer before 2006, or any other area that Fulton County had planned and commited to property owners for sewer.
The council did approve a repair on the septic system at Bell Memorial Park where they had to install @ 25 feet of sewer pipe to cpnnect the repaired system. But be assured that Julie Bailey voted against it.
What a nice tight group ! They have all been friends for a long time. Doesn't mean their agenda is good for the people who want to live in Milton.
ReplyDeleteActually it is, just not for the 1 percent wackos?
ReplyDeleteKaren needs a makeover , especially her hair.
ReplyDeleteShe also needs some voice training. She sounds like a chainsaw with a cold/

ReplyDeleteSounds like a liberal spinning it when facts are presented. You are the democrat.
ReplyDeleteSome Keep screaming "no sewer" and "spot zoning" scare tactics and watch the burden of property tax shift more to the homeowner.
