The realistic number is much lower. You'd have to turn ALL of the acreage into one acre homes, not gonna happen. I am sure the developers would love that scenario, but not happening now or anytime soon.<br /><br />What you want to happen, and what is actuality are two separate things, identifying the reality of it is what planning should be looking at.
